Operation Manager and Broker – Julie Chase

Julie Chase has been married for over 26 years, she and her family moved to the Myrtle Beach area 8 years ago. She has worked side by side with her husband to build the Syd Chase Group and has worked in the Real Estate field for over 25 years. Julie has developed great business sense & a keen eye for detail. Julie has over 5 years as a Building Coordinator and 30 years as a Rehab Coordinator. Her specialties are new home construction sales and assisting investors in acquiring investments with the best returns.

Real Estate Team – Alexzandra Chase

Alexzandra Chase has lived in Myrtle Beach for 3/4 of her life and is very familiar with Horry County. She is a mother of one daughter and has been married to her High School sweetheart, JC, for 3+ years. In her spare time, she coaches a Youth Recreational Soccer team (5-7 years old), reads, competes in mud runs/obstacle courses and spends time with her loved ones. Since meeting the Chases in 2012, she has been working side by side with The Syd Chase Investment Group, expanding her knowledge base in development, property acquisition, new home construction, residential investment flips and more. She’s a Realtor for Chase Real Estate USA, who is dedicated to giving her clients the best experience possible in their journey for a new home or selling an existing home, and a Sales Representative for Chase Signature Homes, LLC, giving her the upper hand with her knowledge of construction, the process and what to expect through the build.
